School Requirements

• Fully qualified with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience.
• You should be an exceptional teacher, passionate about inspiring students to achieve their personal best.
• Relevant UK curriculum experience is desirable for Primary roles; IB experience is preferred for all Secondary roles with IGCSE experience a bonus.
• Prior international teaching experience is desirable.
• You will be excited about working in a dynamic, diverse community spanning many cultures and languages.
• You will be an educator that keeps abreast of academic research and you will have firm beliefs in the need to adjust your teaching to accommodate varying learning styles.
• You believe in embracing opportunities, being open-minded, and continuously reflecting, learning, and growing in your profession
• You will be a teacher who puts the child at the heart of everything that you do.
• The school are looking for staff who offer co-curricular activities, attend school productions to watch their students and communicate with parents proactively all because they feel that this all-round, child-centred, committed approach is at the heart of successful schooling.
