Current Opportunity:
- Location: Abu Dhabi, with potential opportunities in other Northern Emirates (Dubai, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah).
- Curriculum: Bilingual, adapted UAE and US curriculum.
- Start Date: August 2025
- Contract: 3-year contract with an annual review option.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- South African: We are primarily looking for South African educators.
- Experience: 2 years of recent full-time classroom teaching experience in the medium of English (experience calculated from your degree dates, not transcripts).
- Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and post-graduate certification MUST be in a Math subject. A Master's degree is welcomed but not essential.
- Key Skills: Strong behavior management skills, experience teaching students where English is not their first language, cultural sensitivity, excellent communication, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Previous International Experience: Desirable but not essential.
Responsibilities:
- Teach Math to Middle School students (Grades 6-9) in a bilingual setting.
- Embrace a student-centered learning approach, incorporating technology and innovative teaching methods.
- Contribute to a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
