Harrow Hong Kong Children School Shenzhen Qianhai
This school benefits from a truly 21st Century purpose-built campus in Qianhai, Shenzhen, where technology and a cutting-edge approach to teaching and learning provides students with every opportunity to excel, both within and beyond the classroom. The school opened in 2023 and caters to the children of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan residents and expatriates aged 2 to 18. School Requirements
- Fully qualified with a minimum of 2 years of post-qualification experience
- Knowledge of the HKDSE Curriculum issued by the CDCHK or National Curriculum of England.
- Evidence of relevant and challenging continuing professional development.
- Effective implementation of learning and teaching strategies to achieve appropriately set teaching objectives that are in line with curriculum goals.
- Understanding of how children develop and learn.
- Ability to work in a way that promotes the safety and wellbeing of children, in accordance with all relevant safeguarding polices and practice.
- Knowledge and experience of how to use of IT effectively in promoting pupil learning.
- Previous experience or knowledge of working with pupils for whom English is not their first language, or with pupils at secondary level, is a bonus.
- Effective communication and engagement with parents.
- Respect for all members of a school community

Salary and Benefits Package
The remuneration package is very generous and includes the following;
- A competitive salary package
- An annual bonus of 10% of salary, subject to appraisal
- Full health insurance coverage for teachers as well as cover for dependents
- Fully-furnished accommodation provided for teachers
- Return Airfare and baggage allowances for teacher and dependents
- 100% remission on tuition fees for up to two (2) dependent children attending the School. 50% remission on tuition fees for 3rd dependent child onward.
- The cost of all working visas, dependents' resident visas and work permits costs paid for by the school
