Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons based on the IB PYP curriculum
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student development
• Support bilingual learning and help students develop English proficiency
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support growth
• Collaborate with parents, colleagues, and school leadership to ensure student success
• Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development sessions
• Support extracurricular activities and contribute to the school community
• Maintain clear communication with parents regarding student progress and well-being

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
• At least 2 years of teaching experience post-qualification
• Strong understanding of inquiry-based learning and IB PYP principles
• Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of diverse learners
• Experience in bilingual or international school setting
• Strong classroom management skill
• Enthusiasm for fostering a nurturing and engaging learning environment

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: RMB 20,000 to RMB 30,000 per month (after tax)
• Bonuses/Incentives: 10% tax-free completion bonus at the end of the contract, settling-in allowance
• Accommodation: Housing allowance of RMB 3,800 (USD 537) per month, set at local rental rates
