Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in the Teaching subject supported with a relevant teaching certificate - Copy of Degree and Transcripts must be provided upon application. Teachers wishing to apply should demonstrate outstanding communication skills, strong classroom management with the ability to deliver motivating and creative classroom environments.
Applicants should be able to deploy at very short notice as this is an ASAP start.
Package
- Salary is AED 14,000 ( full package)
- Housing is included in the full package
- Medical insurance will be provided
- Yearly tickets will be provided
- The official school timings are as follows:
- Monday to Thursday: 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM
- Friday: 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM
Duties and Responsibilities
- Organize, plan, and teach age-appropriate lessons to primary school students.
- Create and utilize engaging lessons with a variety of teaching methods and techniques, such as audio-visual materials, role-play, and group activities, to engage students of all abilities and tailor instruction to individual student needs, goals, and progress.
- Engage with students and help them reach their academic and personal goals.
- Set expectations for discipline and behavior, including dealing with inappropriate behavior, according to school policy.
- Assess and evaluate students' work by setting and marking tests and other assessment forms.
- Monitor students' progress and provide feedback.
- Participating in training and development activities.
- Attend meetings and parent conferences.
- Liaise with senior leadership, parents, and external bodies concerning progress, behaviour, child protection, and health.
