Employment Requirements
Fully qualified with a minimum of 5 years of full-time teaching experience
Familiarity with US curriculum standards and/or IB PYP or other inquiry-based programs
Proficiency in current educational technology and digital learning tools
Proven ability to design engaging, inquiry-based lessons aligned with curriculum standards
Experience in student assessment and progress tracking using a variety of methods
Ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and culturally responsive classroom environment
Experience differentiating instruction to support diverse learning needs, including English as an Additional Language (EAL) learners
Proficiency in using Apple devices, Google Suite, and digital tools to enhance learning
Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues
Creativity, enthusiasm, and a passion for inspiring a love of learning in students
Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic educational setting
Must be under 55 years of age (per Indonesian visa regulations)
