BASIS Bilingual Kindergartens - Nanshan and Futian
BASIS has two bilingual Kindergartens based in Nanshan and Futian, in Shenzhen. The schools focus on bilingual early learning, while adhering to a joyful learning culture and ensuring every student receives a solid foundation to carry them into future BASIS education.

Living and Working in Shenzhen
Shenzhen, a modern and well-planned city, is located along China's southern coast, offering a warm climate and a range of western amenities. The Shekou neighborhood, home to BASIS Bilingual Kindergarten Nanshan, is an expat-friendly area with access to international dining, shopping, and entertainment, as well as convenient transportation links to Hong Kong and other Chinese cities like Macao and Guangzhou.
Requirements
- Fully qualified with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience
- Previous experience within an EAL setting
- Demonstrate strong communication skills in teaching ideas, texts, and concepts with precision and confidence.
- Open to new ideas in teaching.
- Knowledgeable, passionate, and believe in transforming education.
- Able to motivate students to reach their highest potential, while also elevating own skills through peer collaboration and a culture where learning is of the greatest importance.
- Flexibility is important as well as strong relationship building skills and an ability to build a strong school community.
Salary and Benefits
- Salary from approx. $55-65k USD per annum (360 - 420k RMB), more for leadership roles
- Start and end of employment travel provided

- Free tuition for 2 students (3 for teaching couples) - if dependent visas are being issued
