Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Science department
• Oversee curriculum development, implementation, and assessment for the IB Science program
• Manage and mentor a team of science teachers

• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student growth and development

Candidate Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject (e.g., Chemistry, Science Education) supported by a Post Graduate Teaching Certificate
• Minimum 2 years of experience teaching science, with experience in the IB program highly desirable
• Strong command of the English language
• A student-centered teaching approach
