Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for the MYP program
- Oversee curriculum development, implementation, and assessment
- Manage and mentor a team of dedicated MYP teachers
- Collaborate with school leadership to ensure alignment with the school's overall vision
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that supports student growth and development
- Build strong relationships with parents, students, and the wider school community
Candidate Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience heading an MYP department
- Full School IB experience is mandatory, with a strong focus on the MYP (Middle Years Program)
- Degree in Education or equivalent, with relevant training/certifications/diplomas in education
- Strong interpersonal and networking skills, with a proven ability to build relationships with embassies and the expat community
