Teachanywhere is delighted to have been selected as a preferred supplier to government agencies Emirates Schools Establishment (ESE) and the Federal Authority of Early Childhood Education (FAEE).  Every year they hire hundreds of international teachers to work in the UAE state school system with the aim of leading the national effort to develop the public education sector across the UAE.  Teaching with these agencies will afford you a great professional development opportunity, working in a new cultural context in a warm and welcoming country whilst earning a great tax free salary.

The key start dates for ESE and FAEE is August and January every year but due to the size of the opportunity - hiring operates all year round.  Please note that due to the size of this emirate wide operation you are able to express a location preference but cannot be guaranteed your first choice location.  If you have family already in the UAE - every effort will be made to accommodate your wishes.  You’ll be afforded the opportunity to teach a blend of national and international curricula with access to advanced technology in educational delivery (including digital learning platforms).

  • What are the salaries and benefits?
    • 16,000 - 21,000 AED per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
    • Accommodation allowance is incorporated into the above monthly salary
    • Flights at start and end of two year contract for self, spouse and up to 3 dependent children
    • Medical cover for self, spouse and up to 3 dependent children
  • What are the qualification requirements?
    • Bachelor's degree which relates to your subject
    • Additional teaching qualifications such as B.Ed, PGCE, US certification etc required for KG and Elementary and desirable for High school teachers
    • Additional Masters degree welcome but not essential
    • Minimum 2 years recent full time classroom based teaching experience taught in the medium of English 
    • Solid behaviour management skills
    • Cultural sensitivity
