School Requirements
- Candidates for teaching positions are expected to have at least a bachelor's degree, and current in-field certification
- At least 2 years of experience in an Early Years setting
- Knowledge of Creative Curriculum or Reggio Emilia approach
- Collaborative team member
- Knowledgeable and up to date in your content area/field of expertise
- Technologically literate
- Competent using a variety of strategies to meet curricular outcomes
- Demonstrate strategies that accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Committed to the moral purpose of the school
- Able to foster character development in students of all faiths and help them to realise their highest potential
- Able to provide a positive learning environment,
- Guide children to become ethical, principled individuals.

Salary and Benefits
- Competitive salary - from 78k THB per month
- Professional Stipend - 10k THB per month
- Monthly housing stipend - 20k THB per month

- Re-signing bonus - 10k THB for contract renewals
- 12 month contract, which can be extended thereafter on a yearly basis.
- Teachers receive an annual professional development allowance and a monthly professional growth stipend to further their education, develop new skills, and learn about and apply developments in best practices in teaching and learning.
